Job Title:Customer Service Representatives

Department: Customer Service Terms: Full Time
Job Description:
  • Under direction supervision, coordinates the activities of our current client’s customer service needs to ensure sales contracts are preformed at the operational level appropriate for each client.
  • Promoting & maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Inbound & outbound customer service contact .(i.e. answering questions, providing report status via e-mail and phone)
  • Collecting applicant information .
  • Supports Customer Service Representatives by running reports and handling special projects.
Required Skills:
  • The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma/GED and 2 to 3 years of related call center/telemarketing/ collections/account management/vendor relations experience.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience serving fortune 500 accounts and possess strong familiarity/comfort with the Internet and MS office software (MS Word/ MS Excel/MS Outlook).
 

Job Title:Background Check Researcher

Department: Research Department Terms: Full Time
Job Description:
  • Conduct online data research
  • Analyze records that result from background investigations
  • Monitor request systems for new orders and follow up on older orders
  • Interpret records received from research network
  • Work in tandem with vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
  • Provide clients with information contained in records
  • Enter results/requests/records into Info Cubic’s web interface
Required Skills:
  • Some college course work completed
  • Excellent Data Entry and Computer Skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret results
  • Good judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to organize schedule to meet important deadlines set forth
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, including a substance abuse screening
 

Job Title: Sales Representative

Department: Sales Department Terms: Full Time
Job Description:
  • Support the overall corporate sales strategy on prospecting, lead generation and cold calls to potential clients; responds to RFI’s and RFP’s; sales generation through in-bound and out-bound sales calls
  • Develops strategies for sales, plans sales budget and develops strategies for achievement of plans
  • Builds existing client relationships to increase account value
  • Participates in corporate promotions and travel to trade shows and clients
  • Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with all other functional departments 
  • Understands complexities of all aspects of products
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in communications, business or marketing
  • One year of diversified work experience, preferably in sales environment.
  • Knowledge of computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a team environment, make key decisions on a daily basis
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Must be self-directed, motivated and confident of abilities
  • Must feel comfortable interacting with all levels of corporate executives (from Operations Managers to CEO’s)
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management and detail oriented skills
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to travel by car and air
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, including a substance abuse screening

  • Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with all other functional departments 
  • Works on Marketing Initiatives
  • Understands complexities of all aspects of products
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in communications, business or marketing
  • Two to three years of diversified work experience, preferably in sales environment.
  • Knowledge of computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
