- The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma/GED and 2 to 3 years of related call center/telemarketing/ collections/account management/vendor relations experience.
- The ideal candidate must have experience serving fortune 500 accounts and possess strong familiarity/comfort with the Internet and MS office software (MS Word/ MS Excel/MS Outlook).

- Conduct online data research
- Analyze records that result from background investigations
- Monitor request systems for new orders and follow up on older orders
- Interpret records received from research network
- Work in tandem with vendors to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
- Provide clients with information contained in records
- Enter results/requests/records into Info Cubic’s web interface
